Start Timer: Click the "Start" button to begin your 25-minute focus session
Take Breaks: When the timer ends, take the suggested break
Repeat: Complete your configured number of sessions for a long break

Timer Controls:

Play/Pause (Spacebar): Start or pause the current session
Reset (R): Reset the current session to full time
Skip (S): Skip to the next session (focus/break)
